Making a Positive Impact

As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

ONE ON ONE HIIT $40

High-intensity interval training is a training protocol alternating short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods until the point of exhaustion, which thereby relies on "the anaerobic energy releasing system almost maximally."

GROUP HIIT SESSIONS $20 PER PERSON

Exercising with a friend or loved one can make it more fun, and increase your chances of sticking to your exercise plan. Exercising with a friend is a great way to keep you motivated AND saves you money.

TRADITIONAL SESSIONS $50

These are usually one hour long and take the format of a gentle warm up in the gym followed by 15 to 20 minutes of cardiovascular work on the wattbike or the rowing machine. Each workout is different and your heart rate and effort levels are constantly monitored. As you get fitter, the workout will get progressively harder in terms of the work done but your effort level will be approximately the same. A series of both free weight and body weight exercises then will build strength and endurance. We may add in some core stability and balance work. At the end of the session, stretches to address any flexibility issues and to cool down conclude the session. 

SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING  PRICE VARIES

Sport-specific training is simply fitness and performance training designed specifically for athletic performance enhancement. If done correctly this type of training can be very beneficial for athletes
